The Wooten Neighborhood, or “Wooten” is a little pie-shaped area tucked into the corner where Highway 183 (on the east) meets Anderson Lane (on the south). To the west is Burnet. The neighborhood is bisected by railroad tracks running north-south, and by Ohlen Road, running East-West. Regardless of the proximity of these heavily-traveled roads and commercial property to the homes in the neighborhood, this area continues to increase in popularity as buyers priced out of Allendale and Crestview (to the south) seek out little gems to update.
